| Delivery and Freight |
Our cardio and strength equipment is carefully packaged and skidded to ensure safe delivery.
Shipments are sent via common carrier and delivered to the curbside only.
Someone must be available at the time of delivery to accept the shipment and take it inside.
It the shipment is going to a residence, you can request that we have the shipper contact
you prior to delivery, otherwise you could be charged for redelivery.
We shop around for the best possible shipping alternative for you at no charge.
In most cases it is best to have a shipment sent to a business address with a loading dock.
Most freight companies charge $75 extra for residential delivery and another $75 if the shipment
is heavy enough to require a power tailgate to unload it and they still only deliver it to your curb.
A friend with a business or pickup at the local freight depot can often save you $150 or more.

When buying more than two pieces of equipment at a time, please contact us
or call 905-952-2149 to arrange a very attractive shipping alternative.

| Order Readiness |
Keystone will not sell you a product and then make you wait 2-6 weeks while we recondition it.
Our products are available for immediate sale & delivery unless otherwise noted.
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and all exported sales are final.
We do however offer an exchange program for local residents where you can exchange your
remanufactured equipment for equipment of equal value within the first year at no charge.

| Damaged Shipments |
|
Occasionally items are damaged in transit, we take great care and expense to avoid this.
IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL FOR
INSURANCE CLAIMS. Insurance is included in all shipments that we arrange and we will do
everything possible to rectify situation where goods are damaged in transit.
