REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

| Treadmills |
|
All treadmills are completely dismantled, cleaned, vacuumed and inspected prior to our reassembly process.
At this point all components are checked for wear and replaced with OEM quality parts as necessary.
The treadmill is then reassembled with a new running belt, new deck surface and filled with liquid wax (where applicable).
All fasteners are checked, alignments are adjusted and the treadmill is test run by a 200lb user to ensure proper operation.
The machine is then detailed to ensure that it looks as good as it runs.

| Bikes, Stair Climbers and Ellipticals |

All machines are completely dismantled, cleaned, vacuumed and inspected prior to our reassembly process.
At this point all components are checked for wear and replaced as necessary with parts of equal or better
quality than the original equipment. The machines are then reassembled and lubricated to factory specifications.
All fasteners are checked, alignments are adjusted and the machines are tested by a 200lb user to ensure proper
operation. After being detailed, our equipment looks incredible and performs equally well.

| Rowing Machines |

All rowers are completely dismantled, cleaned, vacuumed and inspected prior to our reassembly process.
At this point all components are checked for wear and replaced as necessary with parts from the original manufacturer.
The machines are then reassembled with a new shock cord, pulleys, LCD display and flywheel bearings.
The rower is then lubricated, tightened to factory specifications and tested to ensure proper operation.
After being detailed, our rowers are smooth, reliable and attractive.
